We understand that sometimes things just don’t work out, so we offer free returns and exchanges within 90 days of purchase. If your item breaks or malfunctions after the 90 days have passed, contact us and we’ll work with you to solve the issue. Regretfully we cannot refund your original shipping cost. Items marked “Final Sale,” stage makeup (if opened) and gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
